Delivery & Returns

In stock products are usually dispatched within 24 hours of your order. So the delivery time is determined by the delivery option you select. If we need to get stock of a product before we can send it to you then you need to allow for the availability lead time and delivery time. We send each product as soon as we receive stock of it so we may split your order to get your items to you asap. We show our estimate of how long it will take us to get the stock on the product page. We offer Free standard delivery on all items, your item should arrive within 3-5 days unless specified.

Refund policy

Faulty Items

The procedures, set out here, to cancel an order or return an item do not affect your right to reject faulty goods. Further information can be found atwww.consumerdirect.gov.uk. If you do receive a faulty item, please follow one of the procedures outlined on the how to return an item page.

Exclusions

Please note certain items cannot be returned, unless conceptual living is at fault. These are personalised or engraved items and pierced jewellery.

Returning a gift

Cash refunds for gifts can only be made to the payment card used to purchase the goods. So if you buy a gift online, the recipient will not be able to get a cash refund if they want to return the goods.

Returning Goods

If you wish to return goods you have a duty to keep them in your possession and to take reasonable care of them until you return them. Please email us if you would like to return your order. Goods must be returned in their original unused condition, including immediate packaging, within the 14 day return period. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
